This is one of the better movies I've seen this year. Bruce Willis is back again as a strung-out cop, John McClane, and this time he has Samuel Jackson as his reluctant accomplice, Zeus Carver. McClane is pitted against a villain with a German accent, Simon Gruber (played by Jeremy Irons), who seems to have a personal vendetta against him. The rest of the movie is a fast-paced comedy action thriller as Gruber plays his games against McClane with amusing results. As with Pulp Fiction, the chemistry between Willis and Jackson is great and results in a lot of memorable scenes. It's a shame they didn't expand more on the villain's lady friend as she seemed like a bomb waiting to blow (I know; poor choice of words). The movie is a good time killer and is worth the 7 bucks, 2 hours, and 20 minutes.
